Reservation and Cancellation Policy
For all overnight trips, cancellation charge is 50% of trip price if cancellation is made within 50 days prior to trip date. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made within 30 days prior to trip date. No refund on air tour package nor discounted early sign-up reservations once the reservation is confirmed. For day trips, cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made within 21 days from trip date. There is no credit to future service once cancellation is made.
It is the passenger's responsibility to be at the departure point at the appointed time. No refunds will be given for a missed departure. Tours must be booked and paid in advance. Tours and prices are subject to availability at time of booking. All prices include taxes. Meals are not included, unless otherwise noted. Tour prices do not include tips for drivers and/or guides.
AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, JCB and MASTERCARD are accepted. No surcharge for Credit Card Payment. California Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries and accommodations as necessary. Alterations are usually due to adverse weather conditions, government regulation or police action.
